We specialise in helping home buyers and sellers across the region, particularly in rural areas, carrying out site surveys and providing advice and quotations so they are compliant for building regulations. Insurance companies often require annual inspections by an OFTEC engineer, and compliance certificates are required to sell properties with tanks.
